Fluting Neutralized
The formula for the Fluting Neutralized series is based on the color theory concepts of fluting and neutralizatoin. Fluting is an effect that occurs when a series of vertical stripes (with hues of increasing or decreasing value) suggest the illusion of concaveness or gradation. Neutralization is when complimentary hues (opposites on the color wheel) are mixed to produce a grey hue that is neutral relative to both.
Friendship circles: give and take
Friendship circles: give and take plays with the idea of giving and taking in relationships — and the reciprocal influences and transformations relationships incite, constantly, together.
